Our Akid will take place on Saturday, 7 November 2026, at 1:30 PM at the British Muslim Heritage Centre, College Road, Whalley Range, Manchester M16 8BP.
The ceremony begins at 1:30 PM. We kindly encourage guests to arrive 15–20 minutes early so everyone can be comfortably seated before the ceremony.
For guests joining us at the mosque, we would love you to wear modest, elegant attire in any shade of brown. You’re welcome to choose a style that feels comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. A head covering is required for ladies.
Of course! If you would like to bring someone along, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. We would love to be prepared to welcome your guest!

Yes! For loved ones unable to join us in person, our Akid will be streamed live on YouTube in a webinar format. Use the link below to join us. There is no dress code for guests joining online.
